Anita (“Ana”) spent years in the pastry kitchen at Joon, one of the DMV's most beloved restaurants, perfecting the kind of desserts that ended quiet anniversary dinners and roaring birthday parties alike. As Joon launches its catering program, a dedicated home for custom cakes and desserts just made sense — and that's where Ana comes in. Now, that same restaurant-perfected care goes into every cake she makes — for your wedding, your kid's birthday, or your Tuesday afternoon "just because." Custom-made with love, just for you.
Every cake we make is built around someone — a couple, a graduate, a child turning four, a mother turning sixty. We don't work from a menu. Bring us a photo, a flavor you love, a feeling you want the day to have, and we'll build the cake around it.
